In pursuit of truth
A business is not made from a template. It is made through a long sequence of questions, decisions and consequences.
I built Seido because I needed to see the whole business.
I could build the software. The tools I tried gave me either a blank template or a long conversation. Neither showed me how the pieces connected, where they contradicted each other, or what I had not considered yet.
A plan should not pretend uncertainty has disappeared. It should make uncertainty visible, preserve what you have learned and help you judge what belongs.
Seido proposes. The founder decides. You are the one who might quit the job, spend the savings and make the call.
